It would be nice if it didn't so I can still use my "old" G5-slave for my VSL strings (just as I'm using it today) and still be able to use the new features of VE Pro on my MacPro.
This method works perfectly with the VSL Directory Manager and Vienna Instruments Pro. I really suggest you add the ability to work with junction points to the Synchron Player as well.
