The meeting, including any meeting agenda, notes, and attachments, will be deleted from Outlook. Only the meeting organizer—the person who sends a meeting request—can send a meeting update or a cancellation. If you want to cancel one or all meetings that are part of a recurring series, see Cancel all future meetings in a series.
On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type). Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation. To view our complete cancellation policy, see Microsoft Store Terms of Sale.
If cancellation is close to the billing date, a charge may still appear because cancellations must be more than 2 days before the billing date. Check the subscription end date on the Services page.
I need the Microsoft email to request cancellation. Anyone have it, please? I'm locked out of my account.
This cmdlet allows the organizer to send a cancellation message, but if you want to avoid notifying attendees, you can simply delete the event from your calendar without sending a notification. Note that this action will move the event to the Deleted Items folder.
Microsoft can only cancel subscriptions purchased directly from Microsoft. If you purchased a Microsoft subscription from Google Play or the Apple app store, contact their customer support for cancellation. Note: If you purchased your subscription in Germany, you can cancel without signing into your Microsoft account.
