Anonymous , 12:14 AM Hi Michael, If you want to convert a remote shared mailbox to a remote shared mailbox or vice versa, the official solution is to migrate the remote mailbox to on-premise Exchange and convert the mailbox there. Then migrate the converted mailbox back to Exchange online. Thanks, Brook
