How do I change the file location name on my laptop? Currently running with Windows 10. File location example: C:\Users\brook\Downloads. I don't want it to say "brook". I want to be able to change that.

Hi Jhnex, You can just open the default PowerShell and follow the article (Connect to Exchange Online using remote PowerShell) to connect to Exchange online. Anonymous , 12:14 AM Hi Michael, If you want to convert a remote shared mailbox to a remote shared mailbox or vice versa, the official solution is to migrate the remote mailbox to on-premise Exchange and convert the mailbox there. Then migrate the converted mailbox back to Exchange online. Thanks, Brook
