Rescued Not Arrested has partnered with Arizona 2nd chance program. We work with Arizona 2nd Chance programs with Arizona State, Federal and County Facilities. We provide resources to soon to be released inmates at various functional events.
History Roger Munchian is the Founder of Rescued Not Arrested, Inc. During his incarceration at Lewis Prison back in 2003, he developed a passionfor outreach to the lost and forgotten in the jail/prison system.
Rescued people rescue people!! I was miraculously rescued from capital punishment charges in 1997 for 2 counts of aggravated manslaughter while driving 120 miles per hour drunk and was only sentenced to 5 year Intense probation. That experience was my Damascus Road opening my eyes to a new life in Christ. My perspective and purpose in life changed.
I am immensely grateful for the transformative opportunity provided to me by Rescued Not Arrested, an organization truly committed to touching lives and sewing seeds of hope within the prison walls. Engaging with individuals who often feel forsaken by society, laden with the belief that hope is a distant, unreachable commodity, has been a deeply moving and humbling experience.
