Noisy neighbors: Harris County What is the way to handle noisy neighbors? I live in a residential neighborhood (not an apartment complex). The house next door has been rented out. The people who live there apparently like rap music and like it extremely loud. The noise vibrates the windows and doors of my house.
But she would look out the window because they are obviously being so noisy.. We can not even do anything in the house to nullify the noise. You can feel the basketball bouncing! She started crying when they did that, because they have been so rude to us ever since they moved in. It was so nice and peaceful before.
