The Master Guide (MG) curriculum is one of the leadership programs that the General Conference Youth Ministries Department uses to train people for youth leadership.
The Master Guide ministry was developed to train and develop leaders for the Church and in specific, for youth ministry. Master Guides continues to be the highest level of Invested leadership within the Adventurer/ Pathfinder programs of the church.
Alfredo has been serving in the Adventurers, Pathfinders, and Master Guides ministries for over 45 years. She facilitates, manages, or supports programs designed to help Master Guides grow, learn, and develop skills.
The Master Guide curriculum must be completed in a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. Those completing the Master Guide curriculum do so under the supervision of the Conference/Mission Youth Ministries Director or his/her designated Master Guide.

The Master Guide course is an excellent junior leadership and personal development program. This course will give the insights into the Bible, the Seventh-day Adventist church as well as equip you with new personal, relational and leadership skills.
The Master Guide program is open only to baptized members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The purpose of becoming a Master Guide is to become equipped to lead young people to Christ.
