Even if it is true that Macoraba means Makka, it was mentioned by Ptolemy in the second century AD, meaning that Ibrāhīm, who lived around 1800 BC, had not built the Ka’ba as they claim, otherwise Makka would have been very famous as the oldest city in the Arabian Peninsula.
