Well I just got my Wested Hero in shrunken lamb just a few minutes ago. First impressions: it's a very nice jacket. The design is a lot like my Nowak. The leather is very soft, not a ton of character
LEATHER FACING ON THE ZIPPERThere is NO leather facing on the zipper which helps maintain the drape of the leather on the front of the jacket. Below you can see the leather facing on the bottom back interior of the jacket. STORM FLAPThe storm flap appears to be 1.5 inches in width, which seems standard on all the Indy movie jackets.
The leather used was a much darker shade than other Jacka Indy 4's that I've owned (as Terry notes that he can make no guarantees on the color because he doesn't tan the hides himself.) It's more of a whiskey, or reddish brown color with the standard saddle tan knots.
