The Keystone Environmental ePermitting System (KEES) - is used by PennDOT employees, and PennDOT consultants, to prepare and submit certain environmental permit applications to DEP for review in consultation with other resource agencies.
To establish a KEES account, please complete and submit the appropriate User Access Request Form to the appropriate Technical Service Desk(above).
