An authorized Juki dealer should have that info (if they've been a Juki dealer longer than 5 - 10 years). Parts are available everywhere Industrial sewing machines are sold. Juki is made in Japan and is solidly built. A 9 year old LU-563 that has not been abused is worth whatever you pay for it. It is a workhorse.
Juki made a few winners with the 562 and 563 - great machines that you’ll enjoy sewing with. In general for any machine I like to use a strong flashlight and look at every part for signs of cracks, repairs, replacement parts or anything out of place. Like a detective if there’s something out of place look a little deeper.

The Juki LU-1508 is a different series of machine with 7 variants then the Juki DNU-1541 series which has 3 variants. Both series look very similar but the main visual difference is the bed size and weight.

The Juki DNU-1541 is a good machine but purchasing a used machine is always a gamble. Do you have any pictures of the machine to show what condition it is in? If it is just the DNU1541 and not the Juki DNU-1541 "S" I would probably pass since that model does not have the safety clutch feature.
