INPA, is BMW Factory-Level Diagnostic Software included in BMW Standard Tools. And most new INPA Builds will have English Interface Menu, but all functional scripts are German as BMW stopped producing English ones many, many moons ago. So the INPA Shell version is not important, what is important is how that INPA version was since developed / built up.
Super huge thanks to @ rudy.delorenzo for doing the driver config and sharing to all! A K+DCAN cable works with a lot more than just INPA. Pretty much works with any BMW-specific software except BMW Scanner 1.4, which has its own cable because of (a poor attempt at) anti-piracy.
