Floating Stairs Section Drawings

Looking for advice on floating the upper Naches (above the Tieton river). Looks pretty doable in a one person raft. Hard part is finding put ins and takeouts. If anyone has any experience doing this and knows the put ins and takeouts I would be grateful.

Looks like the SA skagit lite 240gr is 13' and with a 10ft floating mow/opst tip your head would be 23' in length, which is the same length as Rio's Scandi Body 325 grain which fits my rod but would be a little heavy on yours.

Hi All, I am looking to float the Wynoochee River in a pontoon boat in the next couple weeks. I was hoping to find out if floating the lower river is worth it or is the water too slow? Are there runs that can be fished and gravel bars? Or would it be best to start at the 7400 bridge down?

A few years ago he started using their Proline floating line for dry fly fishing and said the load and control is remarkable over standard US lines. The developer apparently designed the head of these lines to be 1/3 less diameter of a standard line and they load and shoot lines like a dream.

I was going to add a section of mono to a friend's line, for attaching leaders to. What diameter of material would you recommend for a 5 wt line? And on a similar theme, what diameter of material do you start with for butt sections of leaders? Obviously it might vary with line weight...

^^^ What Argent said. I have both Rio and SA and prefer the SA, at least for floating lines, technical dry fly presentation.
