Etrade just completed their transition to the Morgan Stanley numbering system. I am trying to link my accounts for automated transaction downloading.

Every dividend transaction from eTrade / Morgan Stanley appeared in Quicken as a Deposit. Every Re-invested Dividend transaction appeared as two transactions, a Deposit and a Reminder.

Since Morgan Stanley/Quicken/Etrade no longer supports importing transactional data into Quicken Classic I'm curious how others are tracking this?

When I started getting an error, I deactivated etrade from online connectivity in QW (several days ago). I too got unexpected notices from etrade that my account was locked. I suspect a bug in OSU's backend was hammering etrade with logins causing the FI (etrade) to lock accounts. After resetting my account pw and verifying successful login via etrade.com I waited a few days and today ...

ETrade has not been connecting or downloading transactions for the past several days. The Error Code is OL-295-A

It seems as if with the Morgan Stanley transfer, Quicken backend data for Etrade (Bank) accounts hasn't been updated.
