Elementalist as a whole has plenty of versatility if you're flexible enough. The only spec that may need some overhauling is weaver, since it's only doing dps and doing that worse than the two boon specs. If you request a class to be overhauled entirely, consider that there may be a lot of players that enjoy it as it is.
