Metasys is for JCI branches and Facility Explore is for their agents and is more for commercial work. I remember there is a package VVT controller line in facility explorer. You can't get Metasys unless you are a branch or an authorized agent. Locally in Toronto, I think Yorkland sells facility explorer controllers. So maybe there is something similar in your area.
