All had about a 20% cull rate with pleated necks and shoulders, flash holes not centered or round, even some with 2 distinct flash holes. This needs done with all brass, but you will cull several cases….more than 10%, I believe. After sorting, neck turning and annealing, I believe you will have 1/2 moa potential.
Final cull was 35 stags, quite a few of which I shot myself. I ran LRX bullets out of all three of my rifles, a Tikka T3x in 6.5 Creedmoor (127g @ 2,765ft/sec), a semi custom Remington in .270 (129g @ 2,890ft/sec) and a Sako 75 in 7mm STW (168g @ 3,250ft/sec).

Uhh if you go to a "ranch" they get tags. I watched 2 stoned ranch hands in Unit 83 execute a "cull" tag about 6 years ago. The guides that drop camp you no they don't get tags but the ranches do You can buy unit wide landowner vouchers easily it's not like you have to book a hunt to get one.
