Annual CEAM Membership Fee An optional CEAM membership fee can be included with conference registration or completed separately for those who are unable to attend the conference.
The CEAM Annual Conference is held in January/February with three days of general and concurrent education sessions and a business meeting to handle necessary association affairs and to install new officers.

CEAM Membership CEAM has four membership tiers: Full Membership, Associate Membership, Affiliate Membership, and Life Membership. Full Membership: A licensed professional engineer who is a city engineer, chief engineer, or director of public works employed by a Municipality in the State of Minnesota, serving under a proper and legal appointment.
