I have captured these same results time & time again. I took a few pics with my phone, so I would be glad to share and even repeat the effort. A few Observations: When I install my original copy of WIN 10, I do not have a Unknown User. I also have no DCOMM errors in my event log. Even after a few other update, reboots, those issues do not show up.

The Highlander Platinum has it but you can't get it in any trim of the Grand Highlander. The Rav4 used to offer it a few years ago, but Toyota deleted it as an option. Toyota offered it in the previous generation Camry Hybrid- but only top-level XLE/XSE models with the highest option package added.
