Their office filed the appeal for me after I paid retainer. several days later I received a letter from the court clerk for my appeal date in December 17. I was so bummed. several days after that I got another letter from Stephen Leonardo's office stating he got my hearing moved up to 2 weeks out.

An appeal to from the NY Supreme Court article 78 decsion will be like $7,500 - $12,000. I'm trying to decide if I should keep fighting this.
