The Alola region (Japanese: アローラ 地方 ちほう Alola region) is a region of the Pokémon world. It was the seventh core series region to be introduced and is the setting of Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon.
This is a list of Pokémon from the Alola region in Pokémon Sun & Pokémon Moon. Like Pokémon X & Y, the local Pokédex is split into sections, one for each of the islands.
Alola is the region where the series Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon and the series Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon take place. Among the starter Pokémon for beginners are Rowlet, the Grass-type Pokémon, Litten, the Fire-type Pokémon, and Popplio, a Water-type Pokémon.
This section covers the area of Alola within the games Sun & Moon. Please note that the regions will eventually just have screenshots instead of maps due to the 3D nature of the game.

Alola(JP) is the region for the seventh generation games, Pokémon Sun and Moon. The region is based off Hawaii. The regions consists mainly of four islands plus the Aether Paradise. The Northwestern island the player starts out on and simplest in layout.
An Alolan form (Japanese: アローラのすがた Alolan form) is a regional form found in Alola. A total of eighteen Alolan forms were introduced in Generation VII, all for Pokémon introduced in Generation I.
