Hi! I have struggle to find What oil i should use to my gsxr 750 2001, in service manual it says SUZUKI Fork oil SS-08, but what should i go for ? 5w or 10w? I cant find any answers on Google so hope someone can help.

i've picked up a 2002 gsxr 1000 and it starts hard cold. and only idles at around 800rpm. which is why i assume it starts hard. is there a adjustment to bring this up and what should the idle be on it? im thinking like 1100-1200?
