Age Of Sail – 4-year-old gelding; Gary Moore – the subject of market support several times last year for his previous yard, Age Of Sail remains a maiden after 11 starts but looks the type Gary Moore will win races with. Making the running on Saturday, he showed a good kick to break the race apart only to fade inside the final furlong. That run should bring him along and this well-bred sort will enjoy dropping in trip slightly.

Follow in races over 10-12f on good ground or on the all-weather

Casa Loupi – 6-year-old gelding; Gary Moore – another Gary Moore horse makes the tracker following the superb comeback run of Casa Loupi on Saturday. Having his first run since October 21, the son of Casamento made a big move on the worst part of the track to lead, only to fade late on over a trip that was probably a bit far. It’s also fair to expect he needed the run there having missed so much racing, and this former mid 130s hurdler surely has races in him on the flat off a mark of 65.

Follow over 10-12f on good ground or softer, or on the all-weather

Two Auld Pals – 5-year-old gelding; Jim Goldie – a late-developing type that his trainer excels with, Two Auld Pals has been catching the eye for a good while now. Gelded last September, he was running into form at the back end of last year when the season ended but looks to be finding his feet again this year. A no-show on his seasonal debut, he ran much better last time out in a good Class 4 handicap when unfancied in the betting, running on well down the outside. Rated just 65, he is eligible for class 6 contests and will surely get off the mark before the season ends.

Follow over 10-12f, or an easy 14f, on good ground or softer.
