The times are a-changing in the EPL where several teams used to comprising the division’s elite are finding themselves struggling to maintain the hierarchy amid a rise in footballing social mobility.

Three erstwhile members of what would long have been considered the EPL ‘big six’ are in the crosshairs this week as we look to take on Chelsea, Man City and Man Utd.

Back Chelsea visit to bring out the best in inconsistent Cottagers

Fulham have been tough to call in recent months, going L-W-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L across their last 10 league games, but the visit of west London rivals can catch them on the good foot.

Marco Silva’s side have remained dangerous at Craven Cottage amid that patchy run, beating Nottingham Forest and Liverpool (two of the current EPL top three).

At 13/8 it’s worth chancing Chelsea will bring out the best in the hosts. That could well be enough to take three points off visitors that have been poor on the road since December, taking just three points from their last eight away league games.

Tip: Fulham to beat Chelsea @ 13/8

Increasingly tough Toffees can stall City’s belated top-four push

Now that Manchester City only have the FA Cup left to distract them, they’ve begun bearing down on the top-four, poised to enter if Nottingham Forest or Newcastle drop the pace.

Pep Guardiola’s side have won three of their last four top flight outings, drawing the other, but we’re going to need to see a bit more from them before they’re a bet at 10/11 away to Everton.

David Moyes’ men have lost just one of their last 12 league games (1-0 away to champions-elect Liverpool) and conceded no more than once in any of their last six, including a 1-1 draw with Arsenal and a 1-0 over Nottingham Forest.

City have won a modest three of their last 10 top-flight away games, losing four times and drawing three. The last mentioned result looks the bet at 5/2 here, with Everton having drawn six of their last nine outings.

Tip: Everton vs Man City – Draw @ 5/2

Flying Wolves worth chancing to sink their teeth into United

Manchester United cursed our Newcastle win angle by scoring last weekend, but the Red Devils are there to be taken on again on Sunday and there’s no need to overcomplicate things this time around with visiting Wolves 13/5 underdogs.

United will be jaded from their Thursday night Europa League quarter-final second-leg tie and continue to disappoint domestically, winning just five of their last 19 EPL games.

Wolves beat them 2-0 at Molineux amid that sequence and the Black Country outfit are sure to fancy their chances of an upset here, having won four on the bounce. A win at Old Trafford would guarantee safety if Ipswich fail to beat Arsenal and 13/8 draw no bet looks like value.

Tip: Wolves (draw no bet) to beat Man Utd @ 13/8
